By using Good Game Vault, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Good Game Vault ("we," "us," or "our"), operated from New York City, New York. By accessing or using our website at ggamev.com and purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
To use our platform and make purchases, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Have a valid, active account registered on our platform.
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and checkout.
3. Account Registration
To make a purchase, you are required to create an account. You may register prior to shopping or during the checkout process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ggamev.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Products and Pricing
Good Game Vault sells digital game keys for PC and major gaming platforms. All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We do not sell games at full retail price — discounts are a core part of what we offer.
All products are clearly described, including platform compatibility, region availability, and edition type (Base Game, Edition, or DLC). It is your responsibility to verify that a product is compatible with your platform and region before purchasing.
5. Orders and Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards only. Installment or buy-now-pay-later options are not available at this time.
Once your payment is confirmed, we order your key from our partner. Keys for in-stock titles usually arrive in your Vault quickly; delivery can take up to a couple of days depending on partner availability. You will get an email when the key is ready. Because digital keys cannot be recalled once issued, orders cannot be cancelled after payment succeeds. If you experience an issue with your order, please refer to our Refund Policy.
6. Digital Key Delivery
Upon successful payment, your game key will be delivered to your Vault — your secure in-account library. You must be registered and logged in to access your Vault and retrieve your keys. Keys do not expire and remain in your Vault indefinitely.
7. Region Restrictions
Some game keys are region-locked, meaning they can only be activated in specific countries or regions. Our platform automatically detects your region and prioritizes keys that are compatible with your location. If a key in a different region is displayed, a clear warning will appear on the product page. It is your responsibility to check region compatibility before purchasing.
8. Refunds
Our refund policy is outlined in detail in the Refund Policy section of this website. In summary, refunds may be requested within 14 days of a key being added to your Vault, provided the key has not been revealed. Revealing a key voids your eligibility for a refund. Please review the full Refund Policy before making a purchase.
9. Prohibited Conduct
By using our platform, you agree not to:
- Attempt to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any keys purchased from Good Game Vault.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with our platform.
- Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our platform or services.
- Provide false information during registration or checkout.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.
10. Intellectual Property
Good Game Vault owns only its own brand — including the Good Game Vault name, logo, and original written content published on ggamev.com. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.
All game titles, artwork, trademarks, and associated intellectual property displayed on our platform belong exclusively to their respective publishers and developers. Good Game Vault does not own any of the games, assets, or content it makes available for sale. These products are made available to us through authorized distribution partnerships, and all rights remain with their original owners.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Game Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, inability to activate a key due to platform-side issues, or regional incompatibility resulting from inaccurate user-provided information.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
